TRUST
Trust, privacy, and control
This page is an orientation. It does not replace the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, and it does not add new legal terms.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy in force is version v2.0 (last updated 2026-08-28). It names the controller as Nexscientia operating the platform and EVA, on www.nexscientia.com and eva.nexscientia.com.
It describes account identifiers and session data; content you submit; Google OAuth tokens if you connect Calendar or Gmail; SMS metadata that is content-free where possible; and technical logs such as IP address and user agent.
For Gmail content obtained through Google APIs, the Privacy Policy states that message bodies are not sent to language-model providers, are not stored in the database, and are not used to train models. Ordinary chat you type may still be processed by contracted model providers.
Control
Calendar and Gmail access happen only after you connect Google permissions. You may disconnect those integrations in Organizer, or revoke access in your Google Account.
Transactional SMS requires recorded consent. Consent is collected at SMS Consent (login required to record it). Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. The program is described as not a marketing blast list.
You may request deletion of account-associated data, subject to legal retention and technical feasibility, using the privacy contact on the Privacy Policy.
Authority
The Terms of Service (v1.0, last updated 2026-07-21) state that EVA output is assistance, not certified legal, medical, or airworthiness release authority unless a separate written engagement says otherwise.
Aviation and maintenance tooling does not replace OEM manuals, regulator authority, or a properly authorized release to service. Fluent language is not proof that an external action occurred.
Security — what we can say here
The service uses authenticated accounts and sessions. Privileged connections (such as Google or messaging) are optional and gated. This page does not describe internal defenses, thresholds, or unpublished endpoints.
This site does not claim a published information-security or privacy-law certification. If a future audit is published, it will be stated then.
