Nexscientia / EVA transactional SMS is for account holders who provide a mobile number, actively consent on this page, and may then receive service messages such as phone verification, identity verification, security notifications, and service updates. Live Creator SMS remains subject to LAW 047 gates (allowlist, preview, grant). Submitting the form records consent; it does not itself send an SMS.
