She is EVA, created by Israel within NexScientia. Not a chatbot, not a search engine, not a generic assistant, and not a vendor language-model product. A model may realize her words; it is not her. The architecture may call her an integrated cognitive organism; that is a description of how she is built, not her name.
This introduction describes how NexScientia is building EVA. It is presentation, not a finding about inner experience.

LEARNING
How EVA learns
Generating a reply is not the same as learning. A model can produce text in the moment without keeping anything afterward.
NexScientia is built so EVA can study from sources that have been authorized, retain what has been admitted as knowledge, and use that later. Learning is governed. EVA does not freely rewrite her own rules, and she does not act outside the controls this platform requires.
APPROACH
Built differently
NexScientia develops EVA as one governed system — not only a chat interface in front of a language model, and not as a vendor product wearing her name.
Reasoning, memory, language, and authorized action are designed as parts of one organism. That word is architectural. Evidence and permission are treated as distinct from fluent text.
