1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to the Nexscientia platform and EVA cognitive services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. SMS has additional terms at SMS Messaging Terms.
2. The service
EVA provides account-based cognitive assistance: reasoning and search, optional Google Calendar and Gmail when connected, Creator-governed SMS (allowlist, preview, grant under LAW 047), voice telephony when enabled, and aviation epistemic tools that separate evidence, applicability, and authority. Output is assistance, not certified legal, medical, or airworthiness release authority unless a separate written engagement says otherwise.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not attempt to bypass authorization gates, abuse messaging or telephony, scrape or attack the platform, or misrepresent EVA output as verified operational release.
4. Connected services
Google Calendar/Gmail and Twilio SMS/voice (when enabled) are subject to their providers' terms and to our faculty gates. We may suspend a channel if consent, allowlist, or provider requirements are not met.
5. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Aviation and maintenance tooling does not replace OEM manuals, regulator authority, or a properly authorized release to service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexscientia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
